The screen below is the trailer for the movie Reign Over Me with Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle. Was Sandler the best choice? I guess I'll find out but the movie looks and sounds great to me. It's up there on the list of movies that have me excited this year. I was trying to find the version of the trailer that's showing on TV here as it has a different song at the end. But all of my searches have turned up Pearl Jam's cover of The Who's classic song "Love Reign O'er Me" which you would hear at the end of this trailer. I will keep trying to find out what the other song is. Also heard in this trailer is The Fray's "How To Save A Life" which seems very fitting with the film's story line.

I've been reading a lot of blogs about the movie "300" which I am dying to see! It's enraging me! hah We were planning to go see it in Imax today after I get out of work and Jenn ( invisibleinkling ) gets home from the Philadelphia Flower Show but as of last night all 5 of 6 showings were sold out (atleast online) yesterday! The only remaining one is at 12:30am but unfortunately we both work in the morning, it wouldn't be over until sometime around 2:30am and the theater is about 45 minutes from our apartment. It's a bit of a hike for a movie but some movies just have to be seen in Imax! Oh we will see this!

Other films I want to see this year: a trio of THIRD films...Spiderman3, Pirates of the Carribean 3 and The Bourne Ultimatum. Sin City 2. Zodiac. And..ummmm..a host of others.

Oh yes, welcome to Daylight Savings Time. If you "celebrate" it. It meant that I woke up at what technically felt like a little after 5am this morning. But the warm temperature balances it out I think!

Well Chad's doing his laundry today. And I am honestly thanking God for this turn of events. His clothes have been smelling like his room which smells like a melange of rotten eggs and spoiled meat which were carefully tucked up an unshowered bum's ass. Oh yeah, the bum was then rolled around in a pile of dog shit. The laundry washing may help. And I'm praying to god on this one. And hoping against hope that my prayer is received properly and something is done about it as I am pretty sure that he's contributing greatly to Global Warming.

And with that I must get dressed and head out to work. Time to make the pizzas. burgers. chicken sandwiches. and other assorted artery-clogging, heart attack-inducing yumminess.

Have a gurrrreat day!

300 was an amazing film :) I loved it...but I didn't blog about it.

The movie I am looking forward to this year is Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix :) (July 13th)...and then the book comes out this summer too (July 21st)

I just saw 300 last night. It was freakin awesome! I noticed that there were a lot of '3' movies out this year and some of them I actually want to see. Damn, AZ is fricken weird cuz we don't change the clocks. Oh well. This'll be the last time I don't have to change them cuz I'll be moving before it happens again.

I know. Last time I was in the city was to check out some colleges, but I was pretty far from Times Square...so it was disappointing to see it gone. Poor Ramen noodles... how long have they been there? I wonder..
